KODAK X-SIGHT Nanosphere Conjugates are available conjugated to a variety of secondary antibodies in four different excitation and emission wavelengths spanning just above UV to near IR allowing for multiplex detection of proteins. They are optimal for western blotting applications due to their superior brightness. They offer higher levels of sensitivity leading to detection of smaller amounts of proteins. To minimize cross reactivity, antibodies have been affinity purified and are highly cross-adsorbed.
